2001 - SE - Positive Crankcase Ventilation Filter Question

Hello folks - a Focus newbie here.

I've looked high and low for a positive crankcase ventilation filter - the small square sponge type filter found inside the air box at the top left-hand side - any guidance would be greatly appreciated. It seems as though it should be a $0.75 filter....something tells me I won't be able to get one for under $20! Just curious if anyone could help guide me to a source for this filter - thanks in advance.
