No offense UsdmFocus, Steve doesn't"t set the prices, but I can tell you that his prices for OEM parts are better than what I get at dealerships here in Michigan, and I work for Ford. Steve is a good guy.

Sorry but i just cant get behind this guy. Steve has always been great.
1st- your going to a FORD DEALER....their prices are going to be way higher than anywhere else, but on the other hand, everything is genuine ford and built/made 100x better than most junk on ebay.
2nd- you dont even have a 100 posts! I cant take this seriously. You don't even know the guy yet your bashing his incredibly successful business infront of a hundred thousand members. Before you post a thread like this that can ruin someones good business (this wont if people actually read it)
please take a look around the forums and see if your the ONLY one getting unsatisfying customer service, and then if you are, deal with it in a private way because I am sure Steve will apologize and compensate for any misunderstandings. If you found a bunch of people unsatisfied (HTP comes to mind) then its fine to build a thread, or if you've had parts stolen from you, money taken, or deals broken that's one thing, but leaving a message for him on a public forum where there are MILLIONS of posts a day, and complaining he didn't get back to you is.... ridiculous. I'm sorry and I hope you find the SVT bumper your looking for, for 200, then find a diffuser for 150, then find your grills for 60 each, and then your foglights for 50 each. Have a fantastic time tracking all that down.

Tousley Ford has been great for me. I have ordered several things from them and has been happy with everything. They even put a hold on an order to add something I forgot to place an order for to save $ on shipping.

Tousley has the best prices at 10% over dealer cost on oem and Ford Racing parts. Steve is the best Focus parts man out there, hands down.

I too find the OP sketchy at best. Irregardless literally thousands of satisfied customers and coming up on 10 years online in the Ford communities, Steve's reputation is a solid as humanly possible. Aside from all that Steve is a class act and one hell of a nice guy.

Of all the years I've been on this forum I've never heard anyone have any problems with tousley Steve. Seriously, I only buy ford parts from him. Plus he used to be a mechanic so his know how is way better than the majority of parts people. I bought the last set of gold euros from him and drove from chicago to pick them up, dude came out the office to help me load them up. Straight up good guy.

First time order was kinda hard to get a hold of...waited a while on hold but hung up. Called back and got right on. He explained everything above and beyond what a salesman would, got me upgraded thermostat housing kit and gave me lots of good info. Remember people are busy but he's good peeps in my book!

Called Friday, March 2, 2012 for part information. Called back and ordered said part 3 hours later. Received part March 7, 2012 (3 business days). Never have had a bad experience with Steve or Tousley.
