Here is what I was told by the local Sheriff.
The two that were arrested were pulled over for a traffic violation and they ran. Once apprehended, they searched their truck and found a few sets of wheels under some tarp under their teauneau (sp?) cover. They found that a few of the wheels matched the discrip. of a few sets of stolen wheels in the area. They got a warrant to search their property and found 6 more sets of wheels. One set was on a Ford Contour that matched the photos that I gave them when they were first stolen. They tried to say that they buy and sell wheels but had no no proof. They also said that the ones on the Contour were their most popular style......How many sets of Steeda Ultralite II wheels with Konig center caps are out on the road... really.... They investigator didn't believe a word they said as the majority of the wheels matched ones that were stolen. Inside the truck upon further investigation, they found 5 different garage door openers. Probably used to get into garages to steal shit. Basically what they do is go into a neighborhood or apartment complex (like mine) and set the codes to something random and then drive around pushing all of the buttons until one opens. I guess that day, they found my opener code. THey are now behind bars, I have my wheels, and my insurance paid out on them already and since they were "damaged" and used by the dicks that stole them, I don't need to return the money....."Decreased Value". i hate people.

Im glad they are behind bars, i hope they stay there.. forever.
Glad you got them back.. boo for the damage, but maybe they are fixable.. ive seen some pretty nasty wheels look like brand new with a lil tlc |
