Tires on 2012 Titanium 18"

I'm thinking about purchasing a Focus in the Titanium model with the 18" tires, however, I checked on the Michelin website and it stated that the Pilot Sport 3 that come with the vehicle have a lifespan of around 30,000 km. So my question is would I be able to get the dealer to flip these tires for a high-performance all season tire? Any thoughts?
