It's pretty easy, the fog light mounts into the bracket and the bracket mounts into the bumper. It's align the holes and screw it in.

I realize this thread is really old, but I love the fog lights and the focus badge on the grille on the OP's focus before he changed the bumper. I probably can't afford to get new fog lights right now, but I love the badge on the grille. Any idea how I can do that?

I say if you don't have fogs when doing this conversion turn the holes into ram air scoops!

I think you can use the same screws that were used on the old bumper's mounting area... Not too sure on that though since my buddy that works at our body shop threw the new bumper on for me and did the swap in like 10 minutes, not even kidding.
