passenger side engine mount and transmission

hey guys,
i have a 2.3 duratec and found out yesterday my mount is cracked in half, if anyone has one or if you know where i can get one for a reasonable price i would be very greatful.

Also, my 2nd and 3rd gear syncro's are going out on my transmission and so im in need of a mtx75. i would love to have one with the 4.06 final drive and lsd, but if not and you have one near san diego, please let me know.
