So far this week, Jim is on a roll. The old turbo kit, 6-Speed mission/T-2, and old gauges are out. The new Lentech mission would be in already, but we hit a few bumps with missing atx parts; it should be under way come Monday.

The new gauges are in, including the RS replica cluster. A crack was found in the new turbo manifold; most likely it was damaged in shipping. It will be fixed.

Funny thing about RS wheels is there must be at least 20 sets in the USA.

5-6 years ago when I still had my first focus they were selling sets on ebay for $800 with tires! Shipped!!! (they had listed 10 sets left too at one point)

The only reason I never bought a set was because 18's on a standard car were too heavy for performance, I was even just a click away from buying a set one day.

Looking back I wish I would have bought a couple sets. I'm sure there are still people out there sitting on these wheels not knowing what they have.

Build looks great, can't wait until you start getting into the panels

Here some updates:

Fabulous welding of the oil temp bung into the oil pan.



Rusty old bolt! I had the old adjustable cam gears removed and put these babies in....



Tial SS housing



Reverted back to the stock coil pack and wires. If you look closely, you will see the ARP manifold studs. Very clean. So here is the Top-Speed race manifold with a GTX-3582R / Tial SS test fitting for clearances. Portion of the head had to be grinded away.



Jim fapped up a new coolant bar that tucks up-undernieth the upper radiator support.....



Cooling line extented with the Water temp bung welded in. The turbo compressor housing gets in the way without it.



That's right, it says CGI. CFM's Crankcase Vent / Oil Separator PCV Delete did not fit the CGI block, so Jim fabbed up this one. The connector is black, but keeps showing up reddish-brown in the pictures.

cgi is the wrc block!

I like that coolant bar setup I will have to see how everything fits before I start moving things around.
