True .. I am running 16" snows now ... the tire sidewall is very large compared to the 18". This allows the car to run without having to recalibrate the speedometer and odometer.

Yours should be able to. You have to pull on the back of the bottom portion with some force to unlatch it. I saw it on a youtube video review last night, and decided to give it a try. It's a neat little trick.

If anything, just type in 2012 ford focus review in the youtube search bar. Some videos show it.

I tried it and it works beautifully. Thank you and the others who mentioned this.

While the bottom of the rear seat was raised, I vacuumed up the dirt under the seat.

The Ford Parts website has a different steering gear for each tire size. I'm not sure if some of them are the same or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if the 15" wheels had a really tight turning radius.

Didn't know about the glove box cubby hole, rear seat storage areas (two!), folding seats on SEL, or pull out bottom in the cup holders for cleaning. Awesome! Thanks everybody!

I like how when the wipers are in intermittent mode, if you switch to a faster setting, it gives you a wipe immediately.

In my old car, I always found myself turning off the wipers and turning them back on at the faster setting to get a wipe right away.

Same thing happens if you up the sensitivity (i.e. turn up the same knob) if you have auto-wipers. Very handy!
