if you have an aftermarket stereo, you can use the illumination wire from the OEM stereo, i think its an orange wire, someone verify im right lol

I've been looking everywhere. For these reverse EL gauges like these. Ones and all I find are the friggin indiglo ones. Can anyone give me a hand and let me know where I can get ones like the picture above. Oh I already tried ebay. No luck. Thanks

I wanna get those and install it in my car since it would go really well wit aftermarket radio the thing is I'm kinda worried about the recalabrating of the needles /:

It's pretty easy to do. Just don't put the cover on until you're satisfied with your needle settings. I did mine about three times because I did it while trying to drive. Easiest method is to jack up the front end ( RPM-MPH ). Of course, turn the key on. For the fuel, fill the tank right before the install and pop the needle on full mark. For the temp, get car up to operating temp, and put in the middle. That's usually where our gauges are at temp. When doing RPM and MPH, use the trip mode.

Yes the orange wire is for the illumination. But can I get a link to where one of these overlays is sold? im assuming you dont need to do needle calibration with them either?

those are in mph and kmh

The moman gauge faces in the link above while nice are kph only. They do not list mph on the face. They do not list an option to order mph either. These are for euro cars after all which are kph.
