Android Froyo bluetooth call problems

I have an LG G2X on T-mobile. I just recently upgraded from Gingerbread to Froyo. Pretty soon after that, sync started to have trouble making calls through bluetooth. Basically what happens is it understands the voice command to call, and she gives the confirmation notice that she is calling the desired person. But before the call is even started, sync says the call has been ended (hanging up before the call is even placed). Has anyone had this problem with android or any other OS? Any fixes?

Cheers

Edit: I should ad that I have the SE with just the regular Sync system shown above. No MyFord Touch sillyness

I agree with the SO and AR tags.

A friend of mine has the two-line dot matrix Sync display in his new F-150, but it seems like it has more horizontal space then the Focus LCD display. So much space is wasted on the LCD. I don't get it.

Yes! I'd like to see the time continue to display the seconds too, for tracks longer than 20 minutes (or whatever the stupid cut off is).

Also, why does it play files ordered by song title alphabetically by default when you explore USB and Play All on a folder? Who would ever want to do that? So many frustrating quirks...

They could go to a font 1/2 that size and get, what, 4x the non-driving-related information in front of you when you drive?

Of all the issues with the Focus infotainment systems, increasing displayed information density seems incredibly low on the priority list.

But maybe that's just me.

Less info up front means more time watching the road!

When I went from Apple to Android SYNC seems to like to tell me there is no phone added, drops my phone from bluetooth, doesnt understand some of the names anymore, and when i press the phone button it tells me there is no device to add. Im still not 100% on weather this is a SYNC or android issue

I'm going to see if I can find my second iPod cable; hopefully it's just a bad connection.
I've had the same issue. Always leave the iPod plugged in, it's indexed, and yet sometimes it says USB not connected. One time it even froze up and caused a Nav SD card fault (??) then re-initialized the SD and continued on like nothing odd had happened - all because I pulled the paddle and asked for USB.
