The problem with flipping parts is that it's not a known good part, unless you've actually used and/or tested them

i always ask if problem is in good working condition, and they garauntee it. i never had a problem before and when i recieve it i test them. if they dont work i refund them and thats all. i NEVER had a problem, the past 8 years.

Yes, actually it is a problem, as We do not allow reselling of used parts for profit without becoming a vendor first.
