Zetec MTX-75, good working condition, slight whine on decel otherwise great shape. Was built with:

- Torsen limited slip diff
- Tall 3.42 Duratec 1st gearset with 3.82 FD
- Cases coated black

How many miles are the transmission?

What does the whine during deceleration mean? Something to tight or something grinding im not sure what it means, but ive always wanted to do a manual swap

About 15k miles on it. I assembled it along with a tech at McLaren from a new (0 mile) Duratec MTX75, just checked endplay to spec and reassembled it into the Zetec case with the Torsen. I can also include the stock Zetec MTX75 internals that came out of the Zetec cases.

If I were staying in this platform I would have it gone through at Liberty's along with their surface finish treatments, that's what I did with the replacement trans. It's not expensive for them to do it and then you might as well let them assemble it at the same time.
