You didn't read the post I was replying too. The guy was asking if he could spray dip onto a surface the paint was already peeling off of and not risk peeling the rest of the paint when he removed the dip.

I'm on my phone right now. 90% of the time I'm on FF I'm on my phone.

If it looks like someone is replying to a specific post I always go back to make sure I'm reading the whole story before I post. Oftentimes it changes my whole reply.

I plasti-dipped my side moldings. I didn't even finish sanding the peeling off paint. This stuff is amazing. While you can see the edge of the painted part and non-painted part the plastidip is thick enough to make it look damn good from 5-10ft away so much so that I decided to just throw them back on my car.




Still need a side skirt for that side though.

Quick question..
If one was to paint, say a wheel, completely in plasti-dip and then use normal spray paint to paint one spoke a different color not found in the plasti-dip color pallet, would one still be able to pull everything off like normal?
