Fun with PlastiDip!

WiscoZX3 found red and clear at his local Ace Hardware. I went to two different ones and found only one can of red.

i like the black and red splatter effect... makes me kinda want to do some lime green splatter on black.. hmmmmm...

i think i am going to. but i already painted my surround with that color shift paint. goes from an emerald green to a deep purple.

but i still have my stock one, its just a lil cut up. hmmm... plastic weld maybe?

This plasti dip phenomenon is crazy haha. But I used it on my windshiled wiper area it was fading and back bumper grill . Make it look new again doesnt work too bad

So did the wiper area? Cant tell from that last sentence but did it work well or not?

Glow in the dark would be cool! All I did was do the base color first (2 coats usually) then I held the tip of the secondary color's can half way so the can spitted the color out. lol It wasnt too hard. I had to redo one piece because a huge splatter came out and it looked dumb.

I realized PLasti-dips real potential. i sort of tagged my dads white FX before i left today. He doesn't no what plasti-dip is and isnt very happy....not sure when i will tell him he can peel it off

Ok so my buddy just informed me about this stuff that he just used on his wheels an ive been looking at the pictures on here and it looks good!! I thought to my self that would be nice to put over rockers that are getting rusted, but with the paint peeling off towards the front wheels and starting to bubble, does anyone think trying to pull this off of this later down the road would pull the paint off with it?
