Could somebody hold my hand and walk me through data logging?

Like the title says, I could use some info on how/what to do with my Predator to do a data log for Tom.
I already tried on my own, just want to make sure that I did everything correctly.
Also, getting the log off my Predator so I can send it via e mail. I have the DS downloader, but I am unsre what/how to retrieve the data

Just give Tom a call, he walked me through it on my car. He can even take over your computer and do it for you.

I don't know the Predator system as well as I know the SCT set-up but I do have a pretty good idea of what Tom's looking for. I'll help out in whatever way I can. I'm down in Dundee but I'll be in the 248 a couple times each week during the month of December. Just let me know.

Am I the only person who has trouble with their Predator?!?!?
I FINALLY got my data log uploaded to my computer using DS Data viewer and sent it to Tom. He made some updates to my tune. Now when I try to download the new tune file to my Predator, using DS downloader, I send the file to my tuner and get a confirmation message on my computer that the DL was successful. Then I get an error on my tuner that says, “ File format not recognized”
