How can you NOT like this car.

I am now going on ~2000 Km , and so far I love my new Focus Titanium.

It has one of the standard problems with the MFT (it doesn't seem to hold onto the album cover art and just shows half of a musical note) but that seems to be the only issue I have, knock on wood, so I am not going to mess around trying to fix such a trivial thing as everything else works fine. I'll wait for the major update next year, and hopefully even that minor glitch will be solved. My new Samsung Galaxy S2X phone hooks up fine and the contacts imported easily, and everything else works as per the instruction manual. (which I do believe people should look at a little more closely, as pretty much every issue on this forum is already covered in there)

I just installed a set of new winter tires, picking up a set of the nice looking rims that were on sale from Ford Canada during their winter offerings, and so far I am very very impressed with how this wee beastie handles the winter weather and snow covered streets. (I never had it out in the snow with the stock "all seasons" that came with it, so I am not able to compare what the difference is)

As others have noted, I too look for excuses to take my new car out of the garage and drive somewhere, just for the fun of it. It handles well, corners well, and is certainly much quieter than my old 2000 Focus ZX3, which I enjoyed immensely. (my son inherited it, and is quite pleased with it)

So, all in all, this is a really nice car to drive around, and I intend on driving this vehicle for the next decade or so.

Got 36MPG on a long hilly drive today, well chuffed.

All our fuel has 10% ethanol, too.

My wife and I really enjoy our new Focus. We just returned from a 805 mile trip in and around northern and central California. We travel on straight flat roads, curvy coastal roads and up and over a couple of passes. The Focus is very comfortable and has plenty of power. When we were out of the larger city limits the MPG gauge showed 36-38 MPG's.

Im loving mine, I'm finding myself surprised how much fun it is. The handling is great for it's size and while im not dragracing mustangs, I'm finding that the power surprises me when I really get on it and speed comes up faster than expected with the 5 spd manual. Comfortable seats, great styling, and good gas mileage.

Most importantly, NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM so far. But then again, I got the manual SE, so no Powershift to deal with and no MFT.

Had to run to the corner store, but it was such a beautiful day decided to take the 'scenic route' and close to an hour and half later, finally made it to my destination. Just no better feeling than being in that car yesterday, sunroof back, with very few other cars on the road...just nice. Even found a stretch of road and wound it up close to 100mph. The car seemed very content with that speed, but sadly it was short lived.

Focus heater: I know it was mentioned on another thread, but at the time hadn't run my heater enough to notice, but since it's gotten a little chillier in NC lately it's becoming more apparent. Went out to lunch today, started the car, and before I could even put it in reverse started feeling heat at my feet. I'm talking seconds here!

Where does it get that heat from???

YES!
I agree the car is a joy to just drive around in.

(I had a car like that in my last one.. and it took time to wait for another car I was certain could be that way.. MY 2012 Focus IS like that!)

Every time I drive this car I have fun. The interior is so nice and the ride so smooth and refined.

For its cost, this is the best car available on the market.

I love the technology and the fantastic 8 inch screen. Everyone who sees the car can't believe it cost under 30k, let alone 26.8k including taxes.
