Just ordered a Borla # 40477 Transverse Mount Split Exit from Amazon they have it for $252 free shipping.

i hope i didnt pull the trigger too soon has anyone tried to fit this in the 5dr hatchback?

3.5" resonated tips. Im being very courtious to Borla because they have an exhaust in the works so im using off brand tips till I can clear it up with them to get the Borla Slash Cut Tips which say Borla put on there.

Couple of threads asked for this So I decided to make better videos for the exhaust sound. Remember this a custom setup with borla 2.5" mufflers this does not in any way represent the product Borla will be producing.

Ill be lookin for some good slanted tips for when I do my duals... but i might keep it hidden... still unsure.

Its good to see others doing this mod. Now my wife realizes I am not the only car nut out there.

The 5 door looks great with the duals and your videos are good.

I also agree with you on the sound quaility of the Borla. If there is a better sounding exhaust on a focus I would like to hear it. Plus no audio hum at any speed.

I'm liking my borla with dual exhausts better and better. The look is awsome - sure makes the back end of the 5 dr. so much more snappy. I would post some pictures but I don't know how even though I have a new 1phone4s phone with an excellent camera. Maybe someone out there could give me some instructions. I know how to take the picture but don't know how to get it on Focus Fanatics.

You gave me the Idea so i contacted Borla to get the right inline muffler for it and bam why not go full true 2.5" exhaust and Now Borla likes your idea with my exhaust and so they might just use it for their new set up. I got a free set of borla stainless angled tips from them because I guess they like it.
