Friend gave me a sct tuner
my friend had an 05 mustang with an sct sf3 in it. He totalled the car about 2 months ago and during hurricane irenes visit the towing yard got flooded, his car doesnt turn on so i have no way to restore his car back to stock. what else can i do?
