for those who have plastidipped your wheels. what type of chemicals are you using to cleam them? any scratching issues?

i am thinking of "priming" my wheels with white so my lime green will pop!
it seems to easy not to try.

So far i've only washed it once in one of those pull up and do it yourself washing places with the high pressure hose gun. So far they've held up really nicely. I've had the plastidip on for like 3 months now. I would assume you could wash them with whatever you washed your wheels with before. I would just be careful with scrubbing them too hard.

Don't scrub, you'll start to tear it. Remember that it's a bit softer just like some vinyl than clearcoated paint

If you want an easy way to separate it from a raised surface ( tape, badges) with out scratching the paint. Just use a toothpick...

Napa on their website says they carry white, red, and black by me. next week I will go picl up a red and black can.
