1 and 2 would perform better than the current one. The body design of those first two converters allow for better exhaust flow. The first one is the best for performance given the converter cell count is 200, which is less restrictive than a 400 cell count converter.

Will you guys be doing a dyno run and have the dyno sheets laid out for all to see?

I would be curious to see the differences in the power-band between the old HFC/ORP vs These new designs you guys are putting out.

I am sorry to say the offroad pipes and highflow cat pipes are being delayed. There was an issue with the 3 bolt flanges. The manufacturer who makes the flanges for us made them with an incorrect bolt pattern. We are waiting for new ones to be made. This means were are looking at a estimated date on these being completed towards the end of September. If we are able to have these completed sooner, we will post an update. We do apologize for the delay. We do appreciate your business.

Regarding option 3. California has a list of requirements to make a replacement converter. It is more difficult than someone would like. For that reason, I am not sure what the possibility will be for us to offer one.

The converter itself would be 50 state legal. Magnaflow shows it being legal in California. I am thinking it would pass the obd-2 and smog test in California. It has the required stampings on the converter.

The visual inspection would be the concern. If the inspector knows how the SVTF looks like, they may not pass the visual inspection. The reason being even though the factory o2 sensors are in a bad location from the factory, I do not believe California will allow them to be placed in a different location. That and they might not like the pipe we offer only has one converter vs two like the factory one.

In Houston they only plug into obd2 and do no visual inspection for cat and no tailpipe testing so orp can work with a tune. But I might go this route in case they change the rules later on.
