Yup, I bought my S for 9,500 last year in April, put about 800 in mods so far and I think it is better than an SES, plus I dont like fancy stuff in my car, I like it plain and simple.

Out of curiosity, at what point is an SE deemed a SES? Cause I am about to get fogs installed and already have the spoiler on it, as well as the coupe SES rear bumper. Or does it have to be from factory SES?

Well, I would think It would have to come out the factory an SES. Because although we have an SES, most of us dont actually keep It stock as an SES. So just making your car seem like a different model, doesnt mean Its model changes. Kind of hard to explain..

The 2008 SES had the same chrome grille and fascia as the SE. And yes, even the chrome fender 'vent'. While the '09-10 SES coupe and '10-11 Sedans got the black trim and unique fascia.

But 2008 did get the Euro suspension and stabilizer bar, at least, as the later years. That is what makes SES most special, I think.

2008 SES [2/4 doors] only had the 16 inch 'snowflake' rims. For 2009-10, SES coupe got the 17" dark rims standard, but optional on the '09 SES sedan. Then, for 2010-11, all SES 4 doors got the 17's.
