Probably because it costs a little more than $9?

Heck at that price, I'd probably snag one and I hate stick-on exhaust tips. It'd probably look better in the interim until somebody releases a decent exhaust system.

For those of you in Canada, Canadian Tire sells similar extensions for less than $20 and they simply clamp onto your tail pipe with three screws (included).
