I love amazon.com ... I just ordered a 40-lb dumbbell set with 5-lb handles, 4 2.5lb weights, 4 5lb weights, 2 add'l dumbbell handles, 4 10-lb plates, a heart-rate monitor, and a complete yoga kit (yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, and carrying bag), and I was even able to use about $20 in AMEX reward points, so I only spent $150 for all of the above

I figure all of the above along with what I already have, will keep me going as far as just about all I may need to finish this program. The weight plates will allow me to have dumbbells up to 35lbs+ each, and considering I'm using 12-pounders right now, this will give me room to grow

Thanks. I just finished the hour-long Stretch X, and you may not think you can work up a sweat stretching, but I did

So far I love this program ... I'm looking forward to the next day's set of exercises every day

Progress is definitely fun

I did 2 full chin-ups today , about 20 minutes into the hour-long Plyometrics video

It is one tough set of exercises ... I'm sweating my hairy hangers right now ... lmao ...

Lots of leg and back exercises today ... my legs are killing me ... after I was done, I did the Ab Ripper workout again, then went downstairs (4 flights of stairs) ... even going down on the stairs wasn't fun ... lol

Coming back up was even less so, but this workout is definitely working ... I'm down 9 lbs in 10-11 days doing it, and I'm starting to notice a few changes in my body ... muscles are starting to show through the fat

Tomorrow is Kenpo X again ... mostly fighting moves ... last time I did this, the next day I did my first full chin-up since high school ... I wonder what I'm gonna do after this session ... lol

I just finished my second week with an hour of stretching ... 2 weeks ago if I tried to touch the floor by bending from the waist with straight legs, I couldn't do it anymore ... now I can put my hands flat on the floor

Have I mentioned that I love this program?

Still going strong with this program ... I'm seeing people that haven't seen me for a while and they're noticing a lot of changes and how I look thinner ... That's awesome encouragement right there to keep going

Weight is down to 223, and getting stronger in my exercises ...

Funny to check out the "before" pictures and see a belly hanging forward and now it's pretty much gone

I'm glad that you are having a lot of fun with the program! I did this last year or attempted to finish... I got to day 68 and then took a 10 day vacation to Canada and when I came back I just never got back on track. I have to say from my experience, the first month I lost a little bit of my stomach. After the first month, I gained 10-12 lbs, but looked skinnier. I took a photo a day and made a slideshow which was interesting to see.

Thanks ... I'm down to 220.x-221.x lbs and I'm in the 4th week right now which is all cardio/yoga/ab-work/stretching ... so it gives the muscles a chance to recover and build.

All the people/friends that haven't seen me for a while are noticing changes .... I love it!

good work. I actually do want to do this but I still can't follow the eating plan (I could if it were there) but I'm not doing bad in that aspect anyway.

my question is since I think there's probably a need for a pull up bar do they make any foldable ones? lol.

my dad and I are having a competition too
... whoever loses the most weight in a week doesn't have to mow the lawn that week.
