Didn't mean this was boring, I meant if I did the same thing day in and day out, just selling the kits as they come. Not getting involved would make it boring. I enjoy this to the fullest extent. I love talking to people about set ups, how to accomplish goals, etc. I get to do something I truly enjoy and make sure my family is fed. Doesn't get any better...

Russ I have had enough still no info from you this has gone on to long now. started 20 April pay off date then talked to you about it again on 22 June and again 5 days ago on the 3rd set you say you had sent out with a with tracking number and the tracking number does not even work. I dont know what to think any longer. I want a 100% guarntee its on the way by Tue 7/26/2011 or I want a full refund dont forget I paid $250 for shipping and I saw you international shipping cost $145 for your 2012 kits I did not complain. Now I talk to you last night you said it would be the first thing you would do today still have not herd anythig and it 4pm your time now Im mad

It was the first thing I did today, I sent a message to my factory rep to find out/ confirm the DHL tracking was correct, but a 13 hour time difference means I wont see a response til 9pm tonight.

As far as shipping, normally I can do UPS, which would get me close to the quote, but UPS doesn't delivery to an APO, so that quote was actual pricing via USPS shipping.

To bad you haven't provided customer service to the people who need it most. In your quote above, it is the single most important thing left out.

WTF???? you charged him $145 to ship a set of coilovers to an APO/FPO address through USPS? Was that Express Mail? Be very careful on your reply because I know the USPS system and APO/FPO system inside and out. I worked it for many years in Germany and spent many years importing and exporting out of Europe. What was the shipping weight and what rate did you ship it? Hell Mitch's 17X10 RH's did not cost that much!
