I washed and waxed mine today, so I snapped some pics. Tuxedo black, which may be a rare color for the 2012 model year.

Question for anyone who's tinted their windows...the local tint shop has gotten some bad reviews on Google for being dishonest. Has anyone taken their car to the Ford dealer for tinting? Do dealers even do that?

I think it depends on the dealer. My parents got their two cars from the local Toyota/Volvo dealer, and later got them both tinted, in-house at the dealer. Conversely, years ago my mom bought a Pontiac, and the dealer had tinted the windows, but took it to a local place that did the work.

Take the car to an actual tint shop. Take your time and find a good place.

Thanks for the advice. I went to the Ford dealer today and asked if they did it...they don't, but recommended a place nearby. So I've got an appointment for next week.

They quoted me $250 for the standard tint, or $330 for the carbon tint. I'm opting for the carbon material. And I think I'm getting 45% on the front side windows and 20% for the back side windows and rear window.

I was told it has two benefits over the standard metallic tinting. First, it doesn't interfere with electronics signals for devices in the car like metallic tinting (not a big deal to me). Second, it's more durable and is more resistant to scratches. The durability was the selling point for me.

That two-tone interior is sharp.
