unless you change transmissions, the STS won't fit in your car. Your right, i should put the camera mount on a Plaque and have it say, when Lee actually was cool and raced his car, before the Orange SVT became the first White SVT

Thanks, and your situation is exactly why i wanted to get rid of the focus. Hopefully its an easy fix!

There's about 3 bolts in each fender that has to come off and 2 retainer plastic 'bolts' that also have to come off in order for the bumper to come off. I know on my buddy's ST, there was about 10 smaller screws on the lip that also had to come out to get the bumper off.

The 3 bolts on each fender would just keep spinning and I could feel the back of them but it seemed like they went into a square box. Hopefully my dad could help me out. I hope it's not too messed up. I was hoping to boost it soon but we'll have to see now it's a couple hundred or a couple thousand dollar fix.

mine started to do that, you may have to get some pliers on the one end or a screw driver to wedge those clips from moving while you un-tighten them, also talk to Lee, he's had issues with that before

Yup. I removed those cheap plastic square thingies and just used some long bolts with washers to hold my bumper on.

I got my car up and running again. I put new idler and tensioner pullys on. The CEL went off but its got a tick in the head I think. My dad said it could be a lifter. He said when I get my new VALVE cover we'll see if it needs adjusted. I'm going to change the oil tomorow just in case it got hot enough to break it down. I also wanna make sure there's no coolant in the oil. Dukeofearl reminded me..... I was broke down im the parker lot of the Crocker Regal 18 theatre. Im sure some of you know where that is. I went to see harry potter in IMAX 3D

No lifters in these engines, just bucket and shim . You sure you're not just hearing the injectors? i'd get the code checked out, might just be an excessive temp code.

Anyone have any stock rear springs laying around?
