Carbon Fiber Radio Bezel

[Extreme Dimensions]

Unfortunately, the clips in the back make this project alot harder. Looks like it will not be happening at our end. We don't want to make a product that you have to 3M on only. We want it to be secure. All of our products are hand made over seas and not machine made. Which means with a item so small and with so many precise shapes and clips the project will be more work then necessary and may not even come out right at the end of the day. Sorry.

I got an extra sittin here too. You know the good thing about the 05-07 is the clips can be removed and it just leaves studs. So clips can be transfered to the new cf one. Bezel is flat, 12volt lighter is removable, and no ash tray...... Seems like it would be an easier piece to make....

If not a front lip like the old focussport lip for the 05/07 would be awsome. Alot of people still ask almost daily where they can get one. I know I would buy it on the spot.

These 4 pegs hold these 4 clips which are removable. On my old bezel and 1 other focus I saw. When the clips wore out you just ran 4 screws through the pegs and into the back of the dash. Then you used cover(aesthetic)caps on the screw head to clean it up a bit. Not sure what they are called but maybe an idea for both versions as a fix so as not to fool with these clips and have a secure mount.......

Its too delicate of a piece to put through a molding process. We've had experience with items like this before and even if we get the mold to work, it just never sits properly/flush. Rather not sell a product that may or may not work. Also, thanks for all the pictures!
