FINALLY started going to a gym constantly

So i finally got a membership at my local LA fitness. its a great gym. well layed out and kept very clean. the last two weeks i have gone everyday except wednesdays. i do legs twice and arms twice and play some racket ball also which suprisingly is a lot of fun.

anyways im really enjoying it as im going with my friends. Im already starting to see a difference.

Just thought i would share. maybe it will give someone else inspiration.

Deadlift and squat! You don't need dedicated arms days because your arms get so much work while doing other exercises like benches, presses, deads and the alike. But congrats though, I just got back from the gym. Today was squat day

Just started going to the gym as well, been going to a boxing class up to 3x week and then either an aerobics or weightlifting class for 2 days and maybe rest on saturday or sunday depending on what class is offered but usually aim for 6 days at the gym.

I recently signed up for the gym, I feel way better and a lot more confident, I just been doing cardio for my first month running on the treadmill for about 1 hour and half I literally sweat out like a gallon

Nice! Def work on the big three (squats, deads, bench)... And be sure to not overwork yourself... usually good to take 2 days off per week to allow your muscles rebuild and grow.
- 2003 SVTf ZX3 w/tons of bolt-ons (turbo eventually).
- 2000 Xploder XLT 5.0 AWD w/torquemonster headers, custom dual 2.5" exhaust, MAC CAI, and much more.
- 2010 E350 XLT Super Duty (the wife's bus).
