As for the camera, if you don't get the OEM parts from Ford, I would recommend getting the best aftermarket camera you can get. The MFT is such a nice hi-res screen, I don't think it would look very good with a cheap lo-res camera. It's just a guess, though.

If it were possible after the fact, I would be careful about getting a non-OEM camera. MFT is likely carefully calibrated to use the OEM camera. If you get a different camera (with different focal length; lens distortion characteristics), the overlays that MFT draws over the camera image will likely be wrong.
