SVTF Turbo. Emissions?

Is there anyway to pass emissions with my turbo setup? Assuming the rear
02 is to be turned on with an O2 eliminator. The only other thing i'd assume to be turned back on is the evap system?

EDIT: Emissions tests is looking for DTC's, incomplete monitors. Only a DLC plug in and gas cap.

if you dont have a check engine light and no hidden codes and no visual check you will be fine.

Well I ALWAYS have a p1000, which is: OBD drive cycle incomplete. Which i'm sure is because the evap system, & rear 02 is not turned on, i.e. no cat monitor can be set. and with a p1000 it will fail: "NOT READY" To pass i have to have all but one monitor set.

Usually they'll only plug their OBD scanner in if you have the light on. So you could potentially just take out the bulb during the check.

Since I'm tuneless and running an orp, my CEL comes on from time to time telling me my rear O2 sensor is AFU (no shit...) But if I reset the battery, or clear the code, it stays away for a few days before coming back. So when it came time for the bane that is Echeck, i just reset it and got it checked before the light came back on.

Im the one actually doing the emis test. but, if i clear the codes, OR just leave it alone, the p1000 will still be in there and it will fail "NOT READY"

Why is EVAP turned off?

*edit

Just ran out and scanned mine P1000. I have both O2's turned off, rear completely and heater for the front.
So I'm wondering what would happen if you turn the rear on but not installed, reading free air. It should see a Stoich ratio and clear the P1000, maybe?

The P1000 will always be there and shouldnt fail from that code , the P1000 can be turned off in the SCT software

A brand new Focus the P1000 is there

The reason i'd beleive The EVAP would be turned off is to avoid boost going into the system? I don't know if it is for sure.

It's not necessarilly that it will fail from the p1000. Since the svt doesn't have an egr system, i may have to have all the monitors pass. A brand new focus in pa gets a "new car exemption"

p.s. I have a diablo predator.
