I have only put headers and injectors on my car so far would this be ok for my car and if so would it really do anything worth while

Yes, it would definitely be of great advantage. Especially shaved .050 for some compression. I would definitely recommend doing cams at the same time.

So for your inline 4 cylinder, you have headerS and injectors? What made you think that you needed to change injectors, and how are you tuning the car now that you have something other than stock injectors? Sounds like you're about to run into some ISSUES.
