Yeah I'm not trying to bulk up because I never seen myself as being this muscular guy, just want to be stronger more cut.

whey and milk proteins are the best, and since it sounds like you have some decent muscle mass already, I would think lower sets and higher reps per set would be more ideal for your goals. 3 x 8 - 10 instead of 5 x 5

Yeah that's what I been thinking. When I was lifting regularly I used to always do more reps with less weight. Bench pressing was always my weakest point, and back in high school i used to love squatting. Think I could only do 300 though. I weighed 180 back then and tried desperately to get to 200 to no avail. As I'm getting older (21) I know my high metabolism is going to slow down and I want to start working out. I was going to buy some supplements but they were expensive and I didn't want to spend all the money on something I didn't know much about.

just remember protein without fat is worthless. I mix my whey shakes with whole milk.

If they are taking steriods you will never perform near their calibur nor will your body look like theirs no matter what you do no matter what natrual supplements you take. If you look at a natrual body builder compared to one that is 5'8 280 lbs you will tell the distinct difference in muscle. People taking steriods muscles look hard. They only thing you could do to reach you maxium is continously eating a clean diet with A LOT of food

no offense but your squat should be double your bench or you going to end up being unproportioned lol

Not necessarily... I rep 505lbs on squats (4x).. And only 315lbs-320lbs (4-5x)... I'm pretty proportional.. I have a ways to go before I am squatting 640lbs! Lol.
