Has anyone tried a fruit diet? I have been researching about it and it seems easy. Im kind of a picky eater and only like apples, grapes, asian pears(at HEB), and strawberries. Dont really like bananas or the others. So im trying to think of a diet i can try out for a few weeks to see if I can lose some weight. I weighed myself a few weeks ago and im pushing 289 and wanna be thinner then that. I dont really exercise but i do deliver pizza some im constantly walking everyday. Anyone have a good fruit diet plan or a link i can look at that maybe i can try?
