By the way, the car is coming from blair. They want another to replace it which my dealer doesn't have but another does. so my dealer is trading for the one woodhouse wants so they can get the one woodhouse has released to them... Glad I ain't in that circus.
They are picking the one up tomorrow upon which woodhouse will release the car. I'll go in tomorrow or thursday and get the paperwork done and then drive the one down they want and pick mine up.

Gotta have it since a friend bout my focus for a few hundred more than the dealer offered trade in...lol

I'm looking at possibly getting a 2012 5-Door Hatch Titanium model w/ 401A Package and Winter Package With the following options:

17" Polished Alloy Wheels

Interior:
Charcoal Black leather
Cargo Area Protection
Voice Activated Nav

What would I be looking at for an Invoice price and a breakdown of the additional fees/taxes etc.

Invoice would be around $24,791.44 after destination, all you would pay on top of this is your tax and whatever dealer fees (anywhere between $75 and $699 depending on dealer). You would have to order as there is nothing close in the US like this.

Thanks for all of the help. Reading this thread has made me want to sign up. I do have a question about inventory. Is there a car like this anywhere and what is the invoice price? I'm a Sams member and recent college grad too.

Invoice: $25,835.44

As far as out east, you're hard pressed to find one. There is a black one in the Cincinnati region, Blue Candy in the D.C. region, and 1 sterling gray in Jersey. It also has cargo management and PZEV emissions.

Sweeeet. Probably too far away though for a dealer trade...Colorado to Ohio?

What dealer in Cincinnati has a black one if you don't mind? That is my second color and I'm only 45 mins north of Cincy

Not good in SoCal. The deal that was offered to me last night was overturned this morning. I had an email with the quote and window sticker but the dealer said that it didn't matter. He also said that nothing in SoCal is going under MSRP. So far, it seems true.
