Yeah I believe you need to have the new Intel chipset. The old powerPC chipset won't run windows.

It's even worth it to me to buy a cheap used netbook to souly run windows to keep it off my Mac! You don't drop $2k on a Mac only to have it trashed by $50 bucks in Windows software!

Virtual PC will help you run Windows on a PPC Mac, but since I had problems using VMWare Fusion, which is virtualization compared to emulation (better speed and system resource use with Virtualization), I'm not sure Virtual PC will work for this either.

hmm your probably right,

ill give it a go...nothing to loose i suppose if i already have everything.....

considering i used to use it to perform VB.net coding - wonder how it goes.
