Solo runs, scca
Dude! I just attended my first scca autox event here in indy on the 3rd. It was a fun run. i didn't have anything going on last weekend so my dad, with his 94 viper, and I with my 03 svt focus went out for a good time. We had sooooo much fun that day! Even my mom sat shotgun for 2 of each of our runs! I'm loving this. We both can't wait until the next event. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. Later.

Its irritating to have to run in DSP instead of FSP in the SVT when you can run HS or ST

All you would have to do is put some stock parts back on taking off the parts that restrict you from going into those classes.

next weekend is our 4th event as well! it's our second two day event, which are the best. (should have been 7th but go snowed out :( )

i totally agree with you about the DSP classing... that's what kept me from going into a street prepared class. if it were FSP... whoaaa it would be so fun.
i would never have a shot at the BMW's locally. very good drivers paired w/ RightWheelDrive...

switching parts all season on a car that is your daily would be a pain.. especially if you have to work on Monday, swapping over and over would suck.

I think its a good fit, it won't be as quick as the Neon SRT-4, or some of the other GS cars. Someone just has to develop one to be as quick as a non-S neon or a mazda 3.
