There's only two kits for the US Market:

FO-10 which is 00-04 with a 45.5mm Strut
FO-18 which is 05-UP with a 50.0mm Strut

Not trying to be argumentative here or I'm misunderstanding entirely, but from what I understand Ford changed the suspension design for the '06 Focus up.

I have an '05 ST and I'm rocking an SVT suspension, but knowing Ford, there may have been a split year design.
