One silver sedan, one blue candy hatch and one kona blue hatch. All were dealer ordered. The BC was an SE, the KB was an SEL and didn't look to see what model the silver sedan was.

FYI, I *was* able to get the wheels and interior changed. No build date yet...

What's making me nuts is there is a Red Candy Titanium with an M plate a block away from me... such a tease!

Just got off the phone with my dealer, said he should have a VIN# for me next week and a build date soon after. Looking like first or second week of April for delivery. Hopefully no delays !

BTW, you can just check your local dealer website for pre-orders. I just did... so that may be easier than some previously posted steps.

Anyway, got a question. Here is a sticker from a vechile on my dealer site:

I'm trying to interpret the codes at the top left, namely MIC-001769 and 120110303

Other stickers for new Foci alll have a unique MIC#. The MIC#, I am guessing is the build# as they come off the line, or maybe order number. Anyone have insight?

I've seen the second code appear on more than one vehicle. No clue what that one means. May be nothing of consequence.

I called the dealership that I linked to in an earlier post to try to schedule a test-drive, and they said that they didn't have the Focus' in yet. So their website says they have 3 in, but over the phone they said 1-2 more weeks.

Still waiting on the west coast.

Our website at the local dealer here in the north here says they have a light blue SE wagon with all the winter package/accessories (heated seats, floor mats, puddle lamps, heated mirriors, etc). But not in the lot yet.

I guess they are playing it safe. Get 1 SE and put all the winter amenities in it and see how much interest they get.
