Valve cover painting

not to sure where to out this, but how long and what do i need to do to paint my valve cover, im not to sure about what color yet, but i wanna do it before ff11, also any suggestions on type of paint would be appreciated, and what colors? car is light tundra green.

Depending on what other colors you have going on I think gunmetal would look pretty sweet.

i have a red CAI but i am going to paint it to whatever color i do my valve cover, i was thinking gold, and then painting calipers gold? anyone suggest anything or have any opinions?

so i thought about what color i should do and since i'm going to have my mirror caps color matched i was thinking maybe i should color match the valve cover and the CAI i think it would look pretty neat and clean. the color would be Estate Green Metallic (Profile pic) anyone know where i can get enough paint to do this for my mirror caps, and valve cover, CAI for a decent price? I have a buddy who has a paint booth might have him do it, so where can i get the paint at a cheap price? Thanks!

Yeah color matched would be sweet too.

Sorry not sure exactly where you can get the paint. See if theres a local paint store that can match your color.

As far as color...do whatever you want. Its your car. For time I did mine and it took 2 days. Thats cleaning it, priming, painting, clearing, and then letting it cure. Here is how mine turned out (all rattle can):
