The fitment is fine. I'm swapping to the 05 sedan trunk and tail lights. I will be te first to actually have it done completely.

Cost wise I don't remember an exact number but its in the 700 to 800 range.

Put the diffuser on. It fought me for a bit but eventually went in.

Here is a better shot of the gap

I would highly recommend you guys make brackets like the ones that come in the kit to mount the bumper. Makes the install a lot less painful lol.

Nothing to donate, but you can add my name to the first post as a future interested buyer. Unless I find a real one cheap, then I'll do the 05-07 swap.

true. however the question rose: if they made an 00-04 version, should the diffuser be removable? i simply stated that i would like the see a removable diffuser.
i would love to see them make the bumper for the earlier year sedans. idk if i will have the cash around, but it would be high on my to-do list.

If I understand right, Extreme Dimensions needs an original donor bumper to create a mold of, to begin producing the product. But, since the 00-04 and 05-07 don't line up right, neither as a donor will benefit the creation of this bumper, as the mold will still be wrong.

I read this a while back on FJ, and just now remembered it. Would this guy's idea be sufficent to produce a bumper that can be used to make a mold? It is near the bottom of the page here: http://forums.focaljet.com/suspensio...dan-build.html

(And please disregard my post in that thread. Ive since learned that hatches have different rear bumpers than sedans.)

You can get the SAP diffuser for the SVT bumper for $140 from Tousley Ford.
