how to tell if car has been tuned already

i recently bought an svtf. the previous owner installed a few mods himself: cai and aftermarket tail lights. i never had any contact with the previous owner as i bought it at a dealership.

i'm thinking of getting a tune, but the previous owner could have done so already. how do i figure out if the tune has been done before?
