I like 99 bottles of beer on the wall. My workout consists of 2 reps of 6 beers, then ask an ugly woman to marry me.

I road cycle and I'm a firm believer in no music while running or cycling on public sidewalks/ roads. It's dangerous! Besides I like listening to the birds and wind and such.

My favorite band/album to run to is "Wintersun". For working out I also enjoy Ensiferum, Alestorm, Korpiklaani, and Lamb of God.
