As for creatine, if you want to use it, go for it. I'm speaking on my own personal experiences. I'd rather waste my money on something i dont have to worry about pissing out.
A little comment about my progress, I continue to go up 5lbs in weight in every exercise i do and every work out I do. My bench, deadlifts, and squat weights are starting to get real heavy. bench is most noticeable- 245lbs, 10 reps, 5 sets. Arm workouts are touchy since I don't want to ruin my form. I up-d my dosage in Jacked and am taking 3 pills of my test booster, this is resulting in a bad temper. But besides that, no side-effects but more muscle

Weight hasn't changed much due to cardio, but i weigh a real cut 163.
