Wink Supplements... List w/links

I originally wrote this big list for a friend of mine... Has a lot of good information (I think) in it and links to where to buy it, as the stuff can't be found at somewhere like Walmart... Plus, use the coupon code, in another thread, and you get 10% off your entire order...



I will have the SUPER LIST and also the REALISTIC cheap list!! and the BOTH list since it would apply to either... Get the stuff from the BOTH list and CHEAP list for the essentials and swap items from SUPER LIST where you want to save money... Ie.. SUPER list creatine= Green Magnitude, CHEAP list creatine = creatine mono... You can swap between the two depending on what you want to spend!!

Don't do a loading phase... Just take around 5g every day about 30 minutes before your workout.

I drank this stuff in Iraq... Taste isn't bad and it's not very expensive and works well. I liked it.

FAT LOSS
Ephedrine/Caffeine Stack = Ephedrine can't be sold as a diet supplement anymore because of some idiots abusing it in the past so the FDA banned it... BUT, it is still sold for Asthma relief and what not. Full details on this fat loss stack can be found at http://www.hotnfit.com/ecstack.htm. Ephedrine comes in the form of Ephedrine HCL which can be found in Bronkaid (which is what I use)... Cheap and effective http://www.drugstore.com/products/pr...msrch=bronkaid, you will need to fax in your drivers license for them to ship it to you... Not a big deal. Caffeine can be found as above. Follow dosing according to the information on the hotnfit website!

INFO
When you wake up, drink a whey protein shake immediately, and eat something like grape fruit or whatever... Then 30 minutes or so later, have breakfast or whatever you like. Drink another protein shake sometime during the day, pref about an hour prior to your work out... Drink the post workout shake right after your work out.. And besure to eat something like greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or a big glass of milk before bed (cassein protein, slow digesting and will keep your muscles fueled while you sleep).

For bulking, EAT MORE... Lots more. Plan and simple. EAT EAT EAT.... 6-7+ times per day... Eat a lot of healthy almond butter/peanut butter, grilled chicken/salmon, brown rice, lean steaks, etc.. And drink a cpl more protein shakes and the weight gain shake, etc.
