Their might be a gain on a stock motor- but not until you are near/at/past the usable stock rpm range. In order to shine, this header would need a lot of exhaust gas passing through it (either via high rpm or FI).

It's the same reasoning behind why you aren't going to gain much, if anything, by putting a 3" catback on a stock engine.
