I wanted to start collecting shift knobs, but changed my mind.

Saleen Shift Knob (does not work with reverse lock)


B&M (price not set in stone because of scratches, works with reverse lock)

you have to take the reverse lockout piece off. then you just ziptie the boot around the bottom of the shift knob.
