wrc fan is 100% correct with all that was posted.
I know one of the changes for all ST class's (ST STX STS STR STU) this years is there can be no addition of wings on a car. only stock wings or the subtraction of a wing. and a few bumper rules about cutting them certain ways. (i know some of the higher ups) i personally think this rule should be the other way around, that you can add a wing but can't subtract what the car came with. (i just put a wrc wing on my car, crap.)
