That Caddy is easily a low 11 or high 10 second car if he's really making 500hp+.
A civic that I tuned and did a lot of work on has run 10.7 on a stock bottom end LS/VTEC. This car has also been together for several years and never had any problems. The entire car was built for relatively cheap with all quality used parts and 0 ebay parts. Which just further proves that you can go fast without spending a ton of money as long as you use quality parts.

You also proved that honda-tech needs to update their drag times. lol 10.7 is rediculous for a stock bottom end.

you also understand the market is so littered with honda and civic parts especially that they are dirt cheap compared to most focus parts new, right?

Where did he say he had an ebay kit? His turbo is not from ebay and china. A turbo alone new or used will cost you the price of the entire "kit"

He most definitely says it's an eBay turbo. He said price of the car plus the turbo kit was in the $5k range. I've seen that vid prolly 3 or 4 times. No way to verify if he's making it up, but it would be funny/impressive.

true, but that is that, 2% of modded honda owners that do it well? Sure sounds good though and not fart-cannon-ish

I mustve missed if he said "ebay" in the vid. He couldve easily bought a used proper kit for 1500-2k too. his dump tube i think it was, looks like its made from that flex exhaust stuff you get as local auto parts stores like pep or murrays
