from a roll, those trucks arent that fast, even with the viper motor in them.

something about moving a brick through the wind, lol.


I have a couple of SRT-10 kills under my belt, but have never raced one from a dig.

The SRT-10 kills were in my PWSC Focus. 2-3 SRT-10 quad cabs and 1 SRT-10 regular cab.


Remember, they are 5100lb (reg cab) and 5600lb (quad cab) trucks....the regular cab was only a high 13 second truck, and the quad cab was a low 14 second truck stock.

Overview Dodge Ram SRT-10 engine (with aftermarket intake tube) The SRT-10 featured an 8.3 Liter Viper V10.[1] This engine produced 510 bhp (380 kW; 517 PS) at 5,600 rpm and 525 lb·ft (712 N·m) of torque at 4,200 rpm. The regular cab, with a total curb weight of 5,130 lb (2,330 kg), reached a top speed of 153 mph (246 km/h), and could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 4.9 seconds,[2] whereas the Quad Cab, weighing 5,618 lb (2,548 kg), did 0-60 in 5.6 seconds and reached a top speed of 147 mph (237 km/h).[3] The regular cab could complete the 1⁄4 mi (400 m) in 13.6 seconds at 109 mph (175 km/h),[4] the Quad Cab in 14.2 seconds at 104 mph (167 km/h).[5] The engine produced one horsepower for every 10.3 lbs of vehicle weight in the regular cab. and I bet my current daily (the JRSC SVT) will take a quadcab SRT-10 from a roll....the regular cab...would be a much closer race.
