First Time on "Sticky Mickeys" - 13.20 @ 105mph

and I got a new personal best!

I need to work with the slicks some more before Import vs Domestic. I need to figure out the best tire pressure and best rpm to launch at. I only got two passes in tonight at Cecil due to two cars blowing up and it taking 45 min for cleanup on each. This was the best of the two passes...

I am car #347

R/T: .202
60ft: 2.092
330: 5.655
1/8: 8.548
MPH: 84.32
1000: 11.073
1/4: 13.205
MPH: 105.81

^ This was my first pass on the slicks so it was purely experimental. I had them at 15psi and still barked them off the line. I have feeling once I get the tire pressure set just right and figure out a good launch point, I could see a 13.0 or even that beloved 12.9 in my future! I'd say that's quite a feat for a stock D20 motor.

Nice!! Still 11psi?
That was a good 2mph higher than your Mason Dixon 13.42.
Is that due to Cecil being a faster track?

This was still at 11psi. That's possible about the track. The prep at Cecil was much better than at Mason Dixon.

This is what I'm hoping for. I want to catch a MIR T&T before I vs D.
